When you stay at the Chateau, it becomes your home. You are not in a palace-hotel nor a holiday cottage nor even a stylish country hotel as all of the bedrooms are reserved for your reception alone (exclusive room hire). You are free to breakfast in the Grounds, around the Grand Bassin or in the Moroccan Pavilion. Although nights in Vallery are often short, you'll sleep deeply and awake refreshed.



For one night, or sometimes two, the Chateau takes on the air of a stunning family home. But make no mistake: you will realise that you are not in a hotel because you will find no room service or phone or TV or minibar in your room… Here on the land of the Princes of Condé, you will simply savour the changing reflections of history...
or rather of one history: yours!



La Palmeraie (3 bedrooms): Step through a monumental portal into a private world in the colours of the Orient. All of the woodwork is in teak from Bali. Admire palm trees growing alongside old olive trees, and feel grass beneath your feet, rather than sand.
A gazebo stands at the heart of this small palm grove for your relaxation. In summer, you will enjoy bathing in a small fountain and showering behind a screen of bamboo. Buddhas, elephant heads and water features all foster an atmosphere of serenity and relaxation.
